Where will Enerza operate?+

How will riders pay?+
Payments will be completed securely in the app. Full card numbers are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Enerza.
How are drivers approved?+
Drivers must submit the identity, licence, vehicle, and other documents required for review before activation.

Yes. Contact our team to register your interest while driver onboarding is being prepared.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Customers will be charged for confirmed ride services through the Enerza app. A disclosed cancellation fee may apply after a driver accepts or travels toward a pickup. Duplicate charges, incorrect fares, or eligible refunds can be reported to support@enerzagreen.ca. Approved card refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Privacy
Enerza collects account, contact, location, trip, device, and payment-reference information needed to provide rides, prevent misuse, support customers, and meet legal obligations. Card details are handled by our payment provider. We do not sell personal information. Access, correction, or deletion requests can be sent to support@enerzagreen.ca, subject to legal retention requirements.
Terms of service
Enerza provides technology that connects riders with independent drivers. Availability varies by location and time. Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and treat others safely and respectfully. Accounts may be restricted for fraud, unsafe conduct, or policy violations.
